Is it possible to wear high heels for a whole day - without burning forefeet, excruciating pain and sore ankles? We have tested the new brand comfy high heels brand Roccamore and their claim of making the most comfortable heels on the market today.

High heels can make even the most simple things a challenge if they are uncomfortable and painful to wear. Especially if you, like us, have a busy everyday life on the go with meetings and events in various places in the city from early morning to late evening.

Always carrying around extra sneakers, so we can change from heels, when moving from one place to another, is incredibly annoying. So, if there is really such a thing as comfy heels, we are ready to leave the sneaks at home!

We tested a pair of high heels from Roccamore, the shoe brand known for their comfy heels. The secret is built-in insoles that creates a better weight distribution and shapes your foot to walk as anatomically correct as possible - without compromising style and look.

The big test: 12 hours in high heels

First impression is really good. You almost step down on a pillow and it feels nice. Normally you can really get hurt when you have been wearing the same shoes all day, but with these shoes you feel how there has really been thought about fit and comfort.

The heel also helps making them good to wear. You feel that it is solid and robust and that you are balanced and comfortable. At the same time, the look of the boot is very elegant. I love this model because of the bold blue color which makes them a bit more funky.

Roccamore has emerged from founder and designer, Frederikke Antonie Schmidt’s vision that women do not always have to choose between style or comfort when buying shoes. That's why she teamed up with an orthopedic shoemaker to develop the perfect insole, so women wouldn’t have to compromise anymore.

As soon as you put your foot in the Bella stilettos, you can feel that it is something different. It is a very soft sole and not at all a comfy looking shoe, with its feminine bow and slim lines. Black stilettos are actually some of the most difficult ones to find and these are just perfect.

The ankle strap provides extra support and there is plenty of room for my toes in front. There really is a feeling of my foot having plenty of space, even if it is a pointed shoe. The heel height is also really nice. It is neither too low nor too high and you get super nice legs.

Design is the most important thing when choosing stilettos - but of course also the comfort. Wearing high heels and going out, sneakers are often ar way out of the pain, but really weren’t missed today. It feels really nice to invest in good quality that you know, you can use for a long time.

Roccamores are easy to wear for a whole day. Of course, they do not feel like a pair of sneakers, but these are some of the most comfortable stilettos we have ever worn. The feeling of good quality and the soft soles and the air around your foot makes them insanely comfortable to wear. You get that "wow" feeling when you step into them and we were actually a bit shocked about how comfy these heels were!
